SURIYA NACHIN
Managing Partner
Suriya Nachin has wide-ranging experience advising on international business transactions, corporate and commercial law, banking and finance law, M&A, litigation and business rehabilitation. He has been involved in a number of major joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and business rehabilitation proceedings, as well as debt restructurings under the Central Bankruptcy Court in Thailand.
Suriya has advised and represented clients on a wide range of major litigation and arbitration claims and defenses, including several leading insurance companies in their claim recovery against foreign re-insurers arising from the Thai floods and Red Shirt protests. He has a wealth of experience in advising and representing corporate employers and individual employees in labour matters and disputes. Suriya has been a legal advisor of a number of information technology and information security companies.
Suriya is a founder and Managing Partner of NICHE LAW LTD. Prior to establishing NICHE LAW LTD., Suriya was Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution and Litigation at Blumenthal Richter & Sumet Ltd. (Jan 2017- July 2018), Partner at ZICOlaw (Thailand) Ltd. (2009–2016), Legal Manager at SouthEast Asia Energy Ltd. (2008–2009), an Associate at Clifford Chance (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (from 2004–2007 and from 1999–2003), an Associate at Clifford Chance LLP, London, U.K. (from 2003–2004), and an Associate at Wirot International Attorneys at Law (from 1998–1999).
Suriya graduated with an LL.M. from Duke University (2003), Certificate in Transnational Law from University of Hong Kong and an LL.B. from Thammasat University (1st Class Honours, Gold Medal Award; 1997). He is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association, and is a Notarial Services Attorney and Certified Labour Relations Consultant. Suriya is CEPAS Registered Data Protection Officer and Data Protection Training Instructor.

NICHTIMA SIRIWATWECHAKUL
Partner
Nichtima Siriwatwechakul, Partner, has been practicing law, especially in litigation practice, contracts and general commercials since 2009. Before joining Niche Law, she was a senior litigator in 2017 at Blumentual Richeter and Sumet Limited. She started her career by being a legal trainee at DLA Piper (Thailand) Limited in 2008 and then a senior litigator from 2010 to 2015 at the Government Savings Bank and a senior litigator from 2015 to 2016 at ZICOlaw (Thailand) Limited and a senior litigator in 2017 at Blumenthal Richter and Sumet Limited. Nichtima has direct experience in various litigation cases including civil, criminal, labour, bankruptcy, and arbitration proceedings. Her experience also includes advising individuals and corporate on corporate registration and general commercial legal advice as well as drafting commercial contracts and legal documents.
Nichtima graduated with an LL.M. in International Commercial Law with Arbitration Professional Skills, University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom in 2017, and an LL.B. from Thammasat University in 2009. She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and Notarial Services Attorney. Nichtima is CEPAS Registered Data Protection Officer (DPO).
